Small projects are typically completed within 4 days. Branding packages generally require 1-2 weeks, depending on the complexity of your project, the specific package chosen, and how quickly you're able to provide feedback and materials.

What is our process?
Submit Your Details: Fill out the Enquiry Form added to our site before or after purchasing with your contact details and what you are looking for.
Initial Concepts: We develop design directions based on your brief and present them for your review.
Refine & Perfect: We walk alongside you through 2 rounds of revisions to ensure the vision is exactly right.
Final Polish: Once approved, we prep your files for high-resolution output (Print & Web).
Handover & Launch: You receive your designs and a guide on how to use it - we don't just hand over files and disappear!

What is our policy?
Working with The Brand Uncovered means a commitment to quality, transparency, and respect for the creative process. Please review our standard terms below.
Payments & Booking
• Payment Schedule: Full payment is required before any design work commences. This payment acts as a non-refundable retainer to secure your booking slot in our calendar.
• Refunds: Due to the custom nature of digital design, no refunds will be issued once the design process has officially started.
Turnaround & Revisions
• Standard Timeframes: Expect a turnaround of 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), depending on the complexity of your project.
• Delays: Timely feedback is key! Please note that delays in client feedback will result in a pushed-back final delivery date.
• Revisions: All packages include three (3) rounds of revisions. Any additional rounds will be charged at £15 per round.
AI Usage Restrictions
To protect the integrity of the custom work we provide, we have a strict policy regarding Artificial Intelligence:
• No Generative AI: Clients are prohibited from using any designs, drafts, concepts, or final deliverables as input data for any generative AI systems.
• No AI Modification: You may not upload our work into "image-to-image" generators to create variations or derivative works based on the Designer’s original style and intellectual property.
File Delivery & Ownership
• Final Files: Upon completion, you will receive high-resolution files in PNG, JPG, and PDF formats suitable for both web and print.
• Source Files: Editable source files are not included in the standard price. These remain the property of The Brand Uncovered but may be purchased for an additional release fee.
• Copyright: You receive full usage rights for the final approved design. The Designer reserves the right to use the work for portfolio and self-promotional purposes.
